Returns & Exchanges

At Dear Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated fashion pieces. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
